Heart Matters: Healing for life course teaches on hidden vows, buried pain and its effect on the body, walls and false refuges, grief and loss, why we find it hard to trust, soul ties, forgiveness and walking through a wilderness time and befriending our trials.

Heart Matters 2: Healing for life course teaches on healing of memories, finding true identity, the effects of emotional autism, roots of rejection, co-dependency and trauma recovery.
